do I need to plug my wii to the comuter to play wiisis? if not,how can I plug the sensor bar to the computer?

HELP!   I am no programmer but I am interested in how did wiisis team detached the cross-hair from center of the screen and made it follow Wiimote's red dot.How do I make crosshair follow the MOUSE POINTER?Can Wiisis API help me with this or I can do it within sandbox too?I want to check if on-rail shooter like 'Resident Evil Umbrella ...
