The IR in the game is really laggy for some reason. My guess is that it has to be something with the mod because Crysis runs fine on its own, and I can use glovepie with no lag. Even your wiimote sandbox tool works fine and the ir is very responsive. However, in the menu and the game it only picks up on the cursor position once a second or so. Stangely, it seems to be worse when I'm shooting in the game.
